Sometimes it strikes you like lightening on a rare occasion,
Take action of forever behold its power within your palm,
Keep it treasured and locked away with a key.
A special place within your heart that will remain untouched,
And only a certain breeze can break through the lock.
The dim light is somehow brighter,
Crushed hope is now alive again,
What was once hidden inside is now released.
Once an observer in the crowd,
I now play and participate.
Striking out and getting home runs.
